If anyone can offer a cogent and rational explanation I'd be extremely grateful.

Okay guys I apologize for not dropping in sooner. But, I am way behind with a ton of people.

Today as i mentioned the other day at TPV my modem has gone down again.
That would be the one that the technician said had nothing wrong with it.
So I am only on one cylinder again modem wise. Couple that with a one cylinder brain and you get the picture!!
